AT&T Inc on Friday announced a new Samsung mobile TV phone dubbed "Eternity" which has a 3.2 inch touch screen. AT&T has priced the Samsung Eternity for $150 with a two-year contract. The mobile device goes for $370 for those who prefer a month to month service.

"Eternity can provide endless entertainment options for AT&T customers," said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Devices for AT&T's Mobility and Consumer operations, in a statement. "Our customers are looking for mobile phones to be a remote control for their life, bringing music, the Internet, GPS navigation and even TV with them on the go."

Samsung Eternity includes a MediaFLO tuner and has a 3.2 inch touch screen display. It uses Samsung's TouchWiz interface that lets users add widgets for games and information. The drag and drop feature allows users to have instant access to their favorite phone functions. The widgets are viewable from the Samsung mobile phone interface.

The new Samsung mobile carries a three mega pixel camera, built-in GPS, removable microSDHC storage, Bluetooth technology and an Internet Web browser. The AT&T wireless phone also includes Mobile Email and instant messaging. It features a full-touch QWERTY keypad and access to the AT&T 3G network. Users can also download music from the AT&T Mobile Music service. The smart phone can play live digital TV through the AT&T wireless subscription service.

AT&T wireless is also offering a 30-day free trial for its new Mobile TV services. The 3.0 mega pixel camera includes video capture and Video Share calling.
