Best Buy And Online Orders – Right before Christmas Best Buy cancels online orders and customers are wondering what they’re thinking.

The electronics retailer has informed some customers that they will not be receiving their Christmas purchases.

Some online orders placed in November and December, will not be filled due to a large demand on certain products.

The S&P 500 company would not disclose which products were out of stock or how many purchases were affected.

R.J. Hottovy, who is a Morningstar analyst, feels that Best Buy could face backlash from this incident. Angered customers may shop elsewhere for the backordered products.

However, Hottovy does not feel that this error will have a huge effect on the retailer’s holiday sales.

The Best Buy and online orders are at $32 billion thus far this joyous time of the year. That is a 15 percent increase, yet their total sales are up by only 2.5 percent.
