Ali Lohan Does Fault Cover Fashion Model Debut

Ali Lohan Cover Model Debut For Fault Magazine

Ali Lohan’s cover model debut looks great. While her sister, Lindsay, posed for her fifth mug shot yesterday after being hauled off in handcuffs for failing to meet the terms of her probation, Ali graced the pages of Fault with her first magazine cover as a high-fashion model.

The younger sister, 17, who now prefers to be known as Aliana, poses in a series of black and white photos for the magazine’s winter 2011 issue, which hits stands in November.

Ali, who first entered the public eye with her 2006 debut album, “Lohan Holiday” when she was just 12, has been criticized for her recent dramatic weight loss.

“She is very underweight,” Dr. Majid Ali, who has not treated the girl, told RadarOnline.com last month. “By looking at her cheekbones you can tell she has muscle wasting going on.”

The doctor estimated that Lohan, who stands at 5’8″, to weigh just 95 lbs. “That’s way, way too thin,” he noted.

An angry Lindsay took to Twitter to defend her sister, “I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin!” she wrote. “My sister is gorgeous and I’m so proud of her and her career!!!!”

In addition to looking painfully thin, the younger Lohan is suspected of going under the knife to enhance her model looks. Internet pundits have suggested that the teen has had Botox, cheek injections and a nose job.

Lohan’s modeling agency, meanwhile, insists that the young girl is a natural beauty. “I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery.” NEXT agency director Alexis Bores told E! News.

Ali Lohan Embraces Rumors

“As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”
