Bethenny Frankel has had a lot of support from Warren Lichtenstein during a bad time in her life that involves a divorce with ex-husband Jason Hoppy, but insiders have come forward to speak on the romantic affair rumors surrounding the reality star’s life.
In fact, Frankel moved into Lichtenstein’s expensive New York apartment with 2-year-old daughter Bryn, but it was only for a night “so that she and Bryn could have some girl time” after rumors flourished that she had made the apartment a full-time residence.
“Bethenny and Warren have been great friends for more than 20 years, and he has really been a support system during this sad time,” a source said.
This comes after many reports indicated that Frankel and Lichtenstein were having an affair prior to her divorce, but as it turns out, she had no place to live and was offered a room in the Manhattan apartment by the hedge fund mogul.
Hoppy, whom she married in 2010, still lives in the former couple’s Tribeca loft.
It’s been just less than a month since Frankel, 42, announced her split from Hoppy.
“I feel like a failure,” she recently told Ellen DeGeneres. “I really put it out there. I wanted the fairy tale.”
Frankel has been busy these days after creating a TV talk show pilot, and after a successful test run in 2012, the show is scheduled for Warner Bros syndication sometime this year.
In addition, she published a novel called “Skinnydipping” last month, which is doing quite well with sales.
