Beyonce spent her birthday with Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy in Italy aboard a luxury yacht, proving they really do lead an enviable lifestyle. The family had lunch at the famous Quattro Passi restaurant and later drank champagne.
Blue was seen donning bunny ears and a white frock like her mother who wore a white dress and beaded headband. Later Jay and Bey left Blue with one of her nannies and explored the city of Capri in seemingly matching blue outfits. The Carters stopped by a local eatery and posed for photos with an excited fan at the outdoor venue.
The “Put A Ring On It” singer recently revealed that her mom Tina Knowles is the woman who inspires her the most. The singer has spoke out for Chime For Change, Gucci’s global campaign for women’s empowerment, about the most influential female in her life.
“My mother’s gift is finding the best qualities in every human being,” Beyonce said. “I think her gift is understanding and helping people get to their best selves.”
Beyonce and Jay-Z spent their fifth anniversary in Cuba. However, they were criticized for the trip. Mauricio Claver-Carone, the Executive Director of Cuba Democracy Advocates in Washington, D.C., blasted the hip-hop power couple for vacationing in the communist nation.
News of the visit spread when Beyonce and Jay-Z were photographed in Havana, dining at local restaurants and touring historical locations. But it remains unclear why they chose to visit the region to celebrate their wedding anniversary.
The U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, which approves travel to the country, would not comment on Beyonce and Jay-Z’s individual case.
