Brooke Mueller is the luckiest woman in the world when it comes to probation and having been arrested for felony drug possession in Aspen, Colorado, in December 2011. The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen managed to avoid jail and had her original one-year sentence cut down to just four months.

“I spoke to Brooke and she is extremely glad to be able to put this behind her and focus on her kids, her sobriety and her jewelry line,” Mueller’s rep, Steve Honig, said in a statement.

Mueller had been placed on probation last May as part of a plea deal that allowed her to avoid jail time following an intensive rehab program.

The socialite was charged with felony drug possession, intent to distribute and misdemeanor assault after she allegedly roughed up a woman at an Aspen nightclub and officers reportedly found between 4 and 5 grams’ worth of cocaine on her.

Mueller agreed to plead guilty to felony drug possession in exchange for having the other two charges dropped.

Sheen also had his share of good luck while being married to the actress after he was arrested in 2009 at their rented house in the ski resort of Aspen for attacking Mueller.

The actor was later released from jail after posting an $8,500 bond and was charged with felony menacing, as well as third-degree assault and criminal mischief.

On August 2, 2010, Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault as part of a plea bargain that included dismissal of the other charges against him. Sheen was sentenced to 30 days in a drug rehab center, 30 days of probation, and 36 hours of anger management.

Mueller and Sheen have twin sons together, Bob and Max.
