Courtney Stodden Vindicated On Facebook

Courtney Stodden’s Facebook page was taken down yesterday for “inappropriate sexual conduct,” but now the teen bride’s account has been restored, over a big misunderstanding.

“This page was removed in error and has been restored,” a rep for the social networking site told E! Online. “We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.”
Stodden, a 17-year-old aspiring celebrity who clawed her way into our brains after marrying 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison, said her official Facebook fan account had been deactivated Wednesday. The cause? She’s just too sexy.

Stodden’s manager told E! that other women’s jealousy was the reason her daughter’s fan page, which is primarily made up of bikini pics, was removed.

“The men love her, the women hate her,” her mom, Krista Keller, said. “The women report the photo because it’s so easy to do. You just click a button. They think she’s too sexy, they all report her together, and it’s done.”

For Stodden’s part, she sees herself as a victim of cyber-bullying. “I am so happy that I’ve brought attention to the problem that I have had for so many other people,” she told Radar.

Stodden filmed her own anti-bullying PSA last year. Indeed, her Facebook pages are filled with nasty and rude comments.

But it doesn’t seem to be getting her down too much. She tweeted yesterday: “Take the adventure inside of yourself & you will be victorious! ;)”
