Ellie Goulding’s shape is revealed in her latest photo shoot for the popular fitness magazine, which proves just how fit she really is. The singer talks about eating healthy as she shows off her incredible abs, according to Daily Mail.

Goulding, 28, is not playing around, she’s working out and has a body to show it. Ellie, who just released her third album “Delirium” and held her own while sharing a stage with the world’s biggest supermodels at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, told Shape magazine her goal “always is to get strong.”

But make no mistake, while she’s up for a challenge and tries to eat clean as much as she can as she makes green juice for herself almost every day. Her passion for fitness doesn’t come from a desire to be skinny.

“If getting stronger means getting more toned and slimmer, so be it, as long as strength comes with it. I’m happy with my figure,” Ellie Goulding told the magazine. “I’ve never intended or tried to be skinny. It’s my not thing.”

The Ellie Goulding’s hit songs, “Love Me Like You Do” and “Burn,” are tunes that your body instantly responds to. They’re the kind of tracks that get you grooving and moving before you realize what’s even happening.

In fact, she is so passionate about exercise that she is a brand ambassador for Nike and even designed a workout for the Nike+ Training Club app that incorporates her favorite full-body techniques. Ellie Goulding is a workout fanatic who has run five half-marathons.

“I want to be strong and ready for anything,” Goulding said. To get there, she has life philosophies that she stands by. Ellie explains the four rules that make her shape.

“I’m never ashamed to talk about my past. I smoked for a long time. I still drink alcohol. I believe you have to find balance. We’re expected to stay fit and eat healthy all the time, but that’s just never going to happen. We all have to deal with stress. Sometimes at the end of the day, I want to have a drink, and I’m not ashamed of that,” she told Shape magazine.

Ellie Goulding says that eating like a champ is important. You can’t always be fit when eating unhealthy foods.

“I call myself an aspiring vegan. It’s challenging, but not impossible. You just have to eat or drink a lot of greens. I make green juice for myself almost every day. I put in things like bananas, avocado, spinach, broccoli-whatever’s in my fridge, really. Sweet-potato fries and salad is my absolute favorite thing. It’s the perfect meal. I eat a lot of quinoa and nuts too, but I also love eating chips. It’s actually easy to be a bad vegan because a lot of junk foods are vegan,” she tells Shape.

Ellie Goulding says that eating healthy is about 80 percent of the work. She believes that the other 20 percent is working out, and hitting the gym hard.

“I feel so exhilarated after working out. That’s what gets me motivated and what will drag me out of bed. When I’m not on the road, my trainer comes to my house a few times a week and we go for a run outdoors and then do weight training. Or I go to his Barry’s Bootcamp class. I like it because you spend half the session running and half doing weight-and-floor work. It’s really good for endurance, and it keeps me super focused. I also take another class that’s 45 minutes of HIIT training, which is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I come out of there feeling like something big just happened to my body, and I’m completely drained. Of all the workouts I’ve done, this has been the best for me,” Goulding said.

What’s even more incredible is that fans of Ellie Goulding were in for a treat as her Wednesday night New York concert was streamed on YouTube. But even better: it was directed by Scarlett Johansson.

The gig at the Hammerstein Ballroom was put together by the BAFTA-winning actress as part of a series of shows which will see concerts directed by stars including Spike Lee, Werner Herzog and Steve Buscemi.

She opened her set with “Outside” and she continued with the upbeat and fun “Something In the Way You Move.” After a sip of water, she immediately broke into “Ritual” and “Goodness Gracious,” which ended with an impressive drum solo, where she had the Hammerstein Ballroom audience clapping along.

“It is so good to see you. Thank you so much. Great to see your lovely faces. I’ve had a crazy week but you guys made it so much better. I love you so much,” Ellie Goulding told fans. She continued with “Figure 8” and while the stage was graced in orange lights, she delivered a vivacious performance of “Keep on Dancin’,” which featured her lilting voice, and it garnered her a standing ovation.

During “Don’t Need Nobody,” Ellie had the crowd singing along with her, and “Codes” was equally noteworthy.” She emerged from the center of the venue on a white, glowing mini-stage, where she sang “Explosion,” thus showcasing her wide range and expressive vocals.

The highlight of Ellie Goulding’s performance was “Love Me Like You Do,” which was sheer vocal performance. It was choreographed by farmed former Alvin Ailey dancer Benoit Swan Pouffer, as dancers elegantly danced on the main stage.

Particularly impressive about Ellie’s performance in the middle of the venue is that she encouraged her fans to turn their phones off, and stressed that she prefers to see their faces as opposed to their phones, and they obliged to her wishes. “Thank you for keeping your phones away,” Ellie said, graciously, and she was absolutely right, since it afforded them the privilege to enjoy her vocals in a raw yet powerful fashion.

Ellie Goulding’s shape and her killer abs are from eating healthy and working out. She’s even taught a Barry’s Bootcamp class.
