Honey Boo Boo, also known as Alana, had such an amazing season finale Wednesday night that TLC renewed it. Fans of the show, officially called “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” will be able to see how the family celebrates the holidays.
During the official season finale, Alana’s oldest sister, Chickadee, 17, gave birth to baby Kaitlyn, making Alana an aunt.
“I’m so excited I’m about to piss all over myself,” Alana stated prior to meeting her niece. She could hardly contain herself, while waiting for her family to bring the new baby home.
However, once they arrived, she was as calm as a cucumber. “I love you, Kaitlyn,” she said. “Oh, she’s so soft! Kaitlyn is so cute and wrinkly. I love her.”
Though Sugar Bear reasoned that one of baby Kaitlyn’s hands — that has two thumbs — reminded him of a “Swiss army knife,” his daughter Honey Boo Boo looked on the bright side. “I wish I had an extra finger, then I could grab more cheese balls!” she said.
In addition to becoming an aunt, Alana won People’s Choice at a beauty pageant and was surprised with a visit from Glitzy, her beloved pet pig.
“Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” will be back for holiday specials around Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
