Hulk Hogan is still upset about that sex tape that went public on a website last year, so much that he refiles the same $100 million lawsuit against Gawker hoping to settle some cash out of court.

The lawsuit comes after Hogan dismissed the original one in federal court without prejudice last month. The new suit has been filed in Florida state court, where he is also suing Heather Clem, who also appears in the tape.

Clem is the the ex-wife of radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, which he claims she played a significant role in leaking the footage to the media.

In the beginning, the wrestler also sued the ex-husband of Heather Clem. He claimed the ex-husband, well-known radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, also had something to do with the tape being leaked. However, the lawsuit was settled and Bubba issued an on-air apology statement to the embattled Hogan.

Hogan’s lawyer says the federal case was dismissed so that the legendary wrestler could bring both cases to the same Florida court.

At the time, friends and family of the star were allegedly warned that there may be more sex tapes released online.

Hogan has a long road ahead with the lawsuit, but his attorney is confident that he will be awarded money for damages.
