Jimmy Kimmel Diet Plan. Jimmy Kimmel K diet plan has taken Hollywood by storm as a new revolutionary fitness regimen. Following the late-night host’s “Hottie Body Humpilates” spoof that aired during his post-Oscars special, he debuted the second half.
The “revolutionary fitness regimen” aired Monday night and promises to end America’s obesity epidemic. Reprising the role of his Jimmy K alter-ego, Kimmel is joined by a bevy of A-list beauties who claim to be followers of his mock diet plan.
Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba boast about their weight loss and show off their “before” photos, which feature the actress’ famous faces Photoshopped onto overweight bodies.
Rebecca Romijn, January Jones and Emily Blunt also appear in the parody skit to share their difficulties with unsuccessful diet fads before discovering the Jimmy K plan.
“I hired a ninja to slap the food out of my hand before I could eat it,” Johansson deadpans.
Kimmel explains that his Jimmy K plan involves him eating four-fifths of the stars’ meals in order to cut down their daily caloric intake.
“My patented decalorizing physioreduction technology will give you ‘Jim-azing’ results in just six to 40 weeks,” Kimmel says, before scarfing down Anna Faris, Zoe Saldana and Amanda Seyfried’s greasy meals.
“How I Met Your Mother” star Neil Patrick Harris also poses as a doctor in the sketch, a reference to his career-changing role as “Doogie Howser, M.D.” during the early ’90s.
“Fattening foods are subjected to powerful slimming forces which strip away 80% of the carbohydrates, proteins and fats and divert them directly into Jimmy’s stomach, where they are digested,” Harris says. “The result is a total de-fatilation of approximately 80%.”
