Joe Jonas Purity Ring (Report) Update

Joe Jonas and actress Ashley Greene have been spending a lot of time together this summer and sources say his purity ring is missing. Throughout the summer, the couple has been spotted on many dates, and things are getting very serious.

“When they’re not traveling, they’re basically living together,” stated a friend.

Locations that they have been spotted include in the dugout of Joe’s baseball team Road Dogs, at The Ivy restaurant in London and attending a Kings of Leon concert. The purity rings of the Jonas brothers’ have remained a large part of their image. All three brothers vowed not to have sex until marriage.

Kevin Jonas, got married to his longtime girlfriend last year, so of course his ring is history. Now that Joe is not wearing his ring anymore, Nick could be the only “pure” brother left. The 21-year-old has dated Taylor Swift, Camilla Belle and Demi Lovato. However, it seems that the temptation was just too much when it came to resisting Greene.

A purity ring (also known as chastity ring, or abstinence ring) originated in the United States in the 1990s among Christian-affiliated sexual abstinence groups. Wearing a purity ring is typically accompanied by a religious vow to practice abstinence until marriage. Some people chose to wear bracelets or necklaces instead of a ring, which is fine.
