A second male masseur has filed a civil suit against actor John Travolta, accusing him of sexual assault, and now his lawyer told TMZ that a number of men have recently come forward with similar allegations.
Update: New photographs released by TMZ reportedly show the “Hairspray” star in New York on Jan. 16, the same day that his first accuser claims the married father sexually assaulted him at a Beverly Hills hotel during a massage session.
Though one of the unidentified men says he has some kind of proof of the assault, John’s rep says that the accusations are completely false, and the men are just trying to gain his 15 minutes of fame, and they would counter with legal action against both the masseur and his attorney.
The lawyer for the 2 masseurs says other masseurs have come forward with similar stories and some of them will join the lawsuit.
Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 claims he tried settling the case involving Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta’s lawyers they could go to a private judge and keep everything confidential, but he says they shut him down.
In addition, Okorocha also says Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says his client was not in L.A. on January 16 — the date the first incident allegedly occurred.
Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta’s lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. on the date in question.
In the suit where the masseur is looking for $2 million in damages, he claims that the actor ordered the services of a male massage therapist from an online site.
In fact, Travolta offered to send his own Lexus SUV to pick the man up.
Once in the private bungalow the man claims Travolta completely undressed in front of him.
Then after an hour-long massage session he accuses him of touching the him on the leg and grabbing his genitals while lewdly fondling himself.
The man says he rejected the advances and told him he would not have sex with him, when Travolta apparently offered to perform a sexual act on him.
