Judge Grants Charlie Sheen Divorce - Prenuptial. Judge Hank Goldberg grants Charlie Sheen his divorce, which is not official until May 2. There is a prenuptial agreement prior to their May 2008 wedding.

In November, Charlie and Brooke Sheen filed duel divorce petitions citing Christmas Day 2009 as the day of their breakup.  According to court records, they will split the royalties from baby portraits of them and their twin sons. Court records show that the actor will keep his Hollywood Hills home.

The Sheens signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their May 2008 wedding, which called for Charlie to pay Brooke more than $750,000. The pair will share legal custody of their sons.  Yet, physical custody is granted to Brooke Sheen with substantial visitation time allotted for the actor.

Charlie and Brooke have twin boys together named Max and Bob. The “Two and a half Men” star is required to pay $55,000 a month in child support, according to the agreement filed with the court. This will be his fourth divorce.
