Singer Justin Bierber is moving up in the world after he buys a $6 million home in San Fernando Valley, California. TMZ reported that the 18-year-old Canadian pop/R&B star is purchasing the 9,000-square-foot mansion in a securely gated Calabasas community.
Over the years, many celebrities have chosen to purchase in Calabasas, such as Cameron Diaz, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Kendra Wilkinson, Drake, Kris Jenner, Meat Loaf, Howie Mandel, Leann Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, Rebecca Romijn, Richie Sambora, Nikki Sixx, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith and now Justin Bieber himself.
The athletes who have purchased in the Calabasas include: Rod Carew, Hank Baskett, Ron Cey, Corey Dillon, Don Drysdale, Derek Fisher, Steve Garvey,
Gary Grant, Wes Parker, Mitch Richmond, and Bret Saberhagen.
Apparently, Bieber must have had a good real estate agent because he received a great deal on his property. This amazing piece of property was originally listed on the market for $10 million, then it was lowered $7.5 million prior to Justin scooping it up for $6 million.
Bob Hurwitz, president and CEO of Beverly Hills-based Hurwitz-James Co. stated, “Bieber is getting quite a bachelor pad in a secluded hilltop area called The Oaks with not one, but two, security gates.”
“It’s a great house in a great area. It almost looks like a resort. There is a really nice guest house, big yards and a great pool,” Bieber added.
