Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown have broken up, but all rumors are pointing to Rihanna as the main reason why the singer wanted to become single again.
Chris Brown has been dating Karrueche Tran for quite sometime now, but fans are wondering if he is returning to his former sweetheart to get back together again and perhaps record a new duo for an upcoming album.
The singer tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I’d rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”
Lately, Brown and Rihanna have been seen spotted out with each other quite a bit. Reportedly, the two recording artists were even cuddling up together last night at Jay-Z’s NYC concert, and the night before that they were occupying a Manhattan nightclub restroom for a ridiculous amount of time.
Tran is rightfully anger about Brown’s lack of morals, and she took to twitter to display her feelings.
“There’s a difference between a man and a boy,” Tran wrote. “I prefer men.”
Rihanna and Chris separated in February 2009, after Brown became physically violent with the Barbadian beauty and put her in the hospital. It seems that she is now able to look past the physical abuse and mental anguish.
