Kendra Wilkinson rushed her 2-year-old son, Hank IV, to the hospital in an ambulance after he collapsed at home from heat exhaustion. Husband and NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett called 911 after their child lost conciseness.
Wilkinson said Hank Jr. was being your everyday average 2-year-old running around the house, and he became overheated, which caused him to lose conciseness. Thankfully, the little guy came to before medical attention even arrived.
Wilkinson and Baskett had chosen to take him to the hospital to get him checked out as a precaution. After a short stint with a doctor, he was released, and the family headed home.
According to TMZ sources, the doctor told Wilkinson her son had suffered loss of consciousness due to overheating … from running around the house … and it’s pretty common in children, especially in hot weather.
Hank Baskett IV, was born December 11, 2009 in Carmel, Indiana. He weighed 9 pounds 5 ounces at birth.
“He is the most amazing little boy I could have ever imagined,” Wilkinson told OK! before hosting a party at The Pool After Dark in Harrah’s Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, N.J. earlier this year. “Little Hank is the happiest, most confident 2-year-old I have ever known.”
