Kris Humphries is being sued by suit designer Scott Hill for $52k in damages plus interest.

According to the lawsuit, the Brooklyn Nets power forward agreed to bring two of his NBA player friends into Hill’s Beverly Hills’ suit shop within the next 12 months, in exchange for a 30 percent discount on his clothing.

Humphries, 28, then proceeded to purchase $46,000 in merchandise from the store with his large discount. Hill is claiming that he did not hold up his end toof the bargain by bring his teammates in the suit shop.

“The simple matter is that we hoped Kris would live up to his side toof the agreement, but he chose not to appreciate that hard work my company put in,” Hill told Hollywood Hip.

Hill says the NBA players didn’t even have to buy anything — he just wanted an intro. In addition, the well-known suit designer is claiming that Humphries still owes over $6k in unpaid suit bills.

It is unknown if Hill got the agreement in writing, or if it was a conversation between him, Kardashian, and Humphries.
