Lindsay Lohan has been questioned by police regarding a burglary that took place in a Hollywood Hills home where she and her assistant stayed after the owner discovered some missing jewelry.

Lohan, who was victimized by the notorious Bling Ring in 2009, had a sleepover this past weekend at a Hollywood Hills house where a burglary took place, after the owner allegedly discovered that jewelry had been stolen and notified the police.

The actress was questioned by police but is not considered a suspect. A spokesman for the Hollywood Community Police told E! News that the incident happened on Saturday night. Additional information about the incident is not available.

The 26-year-old was notoriously charged with felony grand theft in February for allegedly pilfering a necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store. She was later sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service. However, the star hasn’t been keeping a low profile since her comebacking bid.

For example, Lohan has been involved in a frightening fender-bender, reportedly crashed Francesca Eastwood’s birthday bash and getting kicked out of an establishment as a result, and was found unconscious from exhaustion in a hotel room.

Lohan seems to be bouncing back from a long hiatus after it was announced that she will join Ashley Tisdale and Charlie Sheen as part of the cast in Dimension’s Scary Movie 5, and even though it’s low-budget, she is still on the road to regain some credibility.
