Megan Fox engaged once again to Austin Green, but she loses the ring.

Megan Fox engaged news reveals Brian Austin Green, again. Austin Green, former Beverly Hills 90210 star, proposed to Megan Fox and the couple are tying the knot once again. However, the problem is, Megan Fox lost her engagement ring.

"I saw her jumping up and down." a witness said in a statement. "Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand. Security and maintenance staff spent a couple of hours looking for it. No one found it." It seems as if the excitement of the proposal came to a complete halt when the two-carat ring slipped off of her finger.

Fox, 24, accepted the proposal while vacationing on a romantic beach in Hawaii. The couple was engaged once before when Green initially proposed to her in 2006 after two years of dating. However, they called it off in February of 2009. Later that year the couple rekindled their romance. Now, 16 months later they are back on again.

Green, 36, is 12 years older than Megan Fox, but it doesn't bother her. "Boys in their 20s are a waste of time," Megan Fox said in a statement. "They have nothing to offer conversationally. They're immature. I feel like I have a better shot with someone in his 30s." she added, "He's a man. He has an ego. He went through fame already, and he doesn't want it back... it was horrible," Fox said. "So he has sympathy. He's the one person that I know that if I'm struggling and everything's getting crazy, I can call."
