Megan Fox Drops Vegan Diet, Tattoo For Too Much Weight

Megan Fox recently told Amica Magazine that she dropped the vegan diet because she lost too much weight. Fox does look different in comparison to before and after photos. She told the magazine that she is working with Hollywood fitness coach Harley Pasternak on a new diet called the “5 Factor.”

Fox does admit that vegan is a popular way to remain healthy, unless you do lose too much weight, and it only consists of eating raw fruits and vegetables. Veganism is the personal practice of eliminating the use of non-human animal products. Ethical vegans reject the use of animal products for any purpose, while vegans or strict vegetarians eliminate them from their diet only.

Fox, 25, said she went off the diet about four months ago. “So now I eat a bit of everything. I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley Pasternak,” she said.

The term “vegan” was coined in England in 1944 by Donald Watson, co-founder of the British Vegan Society, to mean “non-dairy vegetarian”; the society also opposed the use of eggs as food.

Another change in Fox’s life is a tattoo removal. The Marilyn Monroe Tattoo on her inner arm will be removed.

“I’m removing it,” Fox said. “It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar.”
