Mother of 19 and still trying for more, Michelle Duggar from TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting,” recently made comments about how the perceived mindset of overpopulation is “a lie,” and that if took all the people in the world and stand them shoulder to shoulder, then would all fit in Jackonsonville, Arkansas. The current world population stands at over 7 billion people.
“So if you realize that aspect of it, we realize we’re not anywhere near being overpopulated,” Michelle Duggar says.
“I agree with Mother Teresa when she said, ‘to say that there are too many children is like saying there are too many flowers,'” she added.
She feels that rather than being “deceived” by the idea of overpopulation in the world, “we need to focus on loving people and trying to reach out and make a difference for good in our world.”
In addition, Michelle also claims to have knowledge of other countries in a dilemma because they need to have more children.
“We’ve had other countries coming to our doorstep asking us to please let their people know that they need to have more children because their death rates are outnumbering their births rates,” Duggar stated.
