Miley Cyrus Splits From Liam Hemsworth For The Last Time

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have split, if you believe all the rumors that have been stirring this week. Apparently, Cyrus started the news when she sent a tweet last week, stating, “I didn’t call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media.”

But now there’s more, according to Page Six, that “multiple sources” say the two are over.

Hemsworth, 23, who was spotted in a car with January Jones at a pre-Oscar party, has jetted off to his native Australia because, “He needed to get away from Los Angeles and spend some time with his brother and friends.”

Cyrus, 20, meanwhile, who is busy working on new music, has stepped out without her engagement ring on, which doesn’t help dispel the rumor.

People magazine reported on Monday that Hemsworth flew home so the two “could have a break,” but quoted an unnamed source as saying “it doesn’t mean they have split.”

The couple met while filming “The Last Song” in June 2009, but this isn’t the first time they broke up.

In August 2010, it was confirmed that his relationship had ended, but then the pair reconciled a month later.

It was announced in early November 2010 that the couple had split again, but reconciled their relationship a second time.

In 2012, the couple announced their engagement.

In the March 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, Cyrus’ cover story quotes her speaking about Hemsworth saying, “That’s my hubby!” and “I’m so happy I’m married.”
