Miley Cyrus will soon take on a new TV role as a guest star on the upcoming 10th season of “Two and a Half Men.” There was a lot of speculation going on for the past two weeks on whether or not the former Disney star would be on the sitcom.

Miley Cyrus TV Role

The 19-year-old will be starring in two episodes as a character named Missi. A press release confirmed some background information on Missi, stating that she is “an old family friend of Walden’s [Ashton Kutcher] who comes to visit for a week and develops a relationship with Jake [Angus T. Jones] when he comes home from the Army.”

In addition, Cyrus will play the role with plenty of sex appeal and a sense of humor that catches Jake’s attention.

While fans of Cyus and “Two and a Half Men” may be prepping for a hilarious guest spot, one of the stars of the show isn’t even aware of the famous guest star … let alone that she’s going to be a love interest for him.

Jones, 18, revealed to E! News at the Republican National Convention in Tampa that he had no idea Miley Cyrus would be guest starring as his onscreen love interest.

“Honestly, they don’t tell me anything about what the future shows are going to be,” he explained of Cryus’ guest stint. “But if that’s what’s going to happen it will be cool. I’ve met her a few times before and it would be fun to work with her.”

Whether Cyrus will be debuting her new short platinum blonde hair cut in the episodes or wearing a wig is a mystery, former “Two and a Half Men” Charlie Sheen is definitely a fan of the highly talked about hair transformation.
