Actor Nicholas Read could face jail time for flashing a woman on a train as he pleasured himself while heading Manchester, England.
This is not the first time the actor has acted in this inappropriate manner. He was in trouble for this type of behavior on a train in 2010, yet he received a suspended sentence for a similar sex crime.
However, due to this act, he is in violation of his suspended sentence. Now, he will most likely be going to jail for 20-weeks to complete his suspended jail sentence in addition to whatever the judge sees fit for this incident if he is found guilty.
“The bottom line is you are in breach of a suspended sentence,” Judge Roger Thomas told Read. “The normal consequence of that is to prison you go and that may well have to be the outcome.”
According to Manchester Evening News reports Judges Thomas denied Read’s defense attorney’s request for a psychiatric report on her client. He felt there was “very little” evidence of mental illness in his case.
Read is most popularly known for his roles as a goblin in “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” and an Ewok in “Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.”
