Khloe Kardashian attempts to demolish rumors that husband Lamar Odom is committing a charity scam.

On Tuesday, “The X Factor” co-host went on her Celebuzz blog and addressed ESPN’s report that her husband was doing anything wrong.

ESPN reports, “Outside the Lines” found after conducting interviews and examining documents: NBA forward Lamar Odom’s charity that promised money for cancer research has not given a dime in grant money to any cancer entity in its eight-year history.

Reportedly, sixty percent of the money raised has gone “to finance two elite youth basketball travel teams” for underprivileged youth; however, Odom has given no proof that any of the remaining $900,000 has gone towards cancer research.

A statement on Kardashian and Odom’s joint eBay page, used to raise money for the charity, says Odom is “committed to help causes that are focused on finding a cure” as well as to providing funds for underprivileged youth in New York and Los Angeles.

On Kardashian’s blog she insisted that Odom has personally donated millions and no money ever “went to help Lamar personally or any member of his family.” She also attempted to clear confusion over the organization’s main goal.

Cathy’s Kids was formed with several purposes in mind, including benefitting underprivileged youth and cancer research. A decision was ultimately made that the charity should focus on one of those purposes — to help enrich the lives of underprivileged inner-city youth. It accomplished that goal. Cathy’s Kids helped fund multiple AAU basketball teams providing underprivileged youth with opportunities enriching their lives, providing financial support for coaching and travel to tournaments, helping inner-city youth on a path toward success and leading many participants to go on to college.
