If you have $50,000 a month to spend, then you can sleep in Pam Anderson’s bed, because she is renting out her gorgeous Malibu beach house.
The former Baywatch star is asking $50,000 a month for the remodeled home that is just one block from the Pacific Ocean.
The house is located in the heart of the beach city on Malibu Colony Road, and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms over 2,700 square feet, plus a unique backyard wigwam, deep deck and “green egg charcoal barbecue” surrounding a saltwater swimming pool with swim-up wet bar.
According to property records, Anderson purchased the 1959 house in 2000 for $1.8 million, and has reportedly decided to give it up because she is traveling so much and currently spending more time in her native country of Canada and plans to make it permanent.
“In Los Angeles I feel like I’m playing a character. I’m going here and there and dealing with things that aren’t typical anywhere else,” she told The Sun newspaper. “At home I feel completely relaxed. My hair’s in a ponytail. I have my dad’s flannel shirt on and I’m running around. It’s great. I am so happy that I’m from there,” she added.
Anderson is now using her fame and influence to help the world beat climate change and protect the environment, working with fashion designer Vivienne Westwood closely with a group called Cool Earth, who buy rainforest and give it to indigenous communities.
