It took Hilton approximately two months to realize the news that she had been burglarized while the Bling Ring Gang made off with more than just values.

The Bling Ring gang is claiming responsibility for burglarizing the home of Paris Hilton. The gang gained notoriety last year for robbing houses belonging to young celebrities in the Hollywood Hills area. One of the gang members said they found five grams of cocaine in Hilton's home.

%u201CWe found about, like, five grams of coke in Paris's house," said 19-year-old Nick Prugo. Prugo has admitted to the robbery. He told police that the gang snorted the drugs before driving around Los Angeles and "having the best time of our lives."

Hilton's house was the first target, according to Prugo. He explained that she was "dumb" for leaving the doors unlocked to her home. "Like, who would leave a door unlocked? Who would leave a lot of money lying around? There was that percentage of 'Wow, this is Paris Hilton's house,' but as soon as I put my foot in the door I was just wanting to run out," Prugo said.

The socialite didn't even know she was robbed for two months. The group of teenagers stole almost $2 million worth of jewelry and valuables. Moreover, the gang visited her home twice after finding a key under a mat by the front door.

The Bling Ring Gang Gets Busted By Police

The Bling Ring Gang is made up of five teenagers and a man in his 20s. They also admit to stealing items from other celebrity homes. However, they were caught last November when CCTV footage of a break-in at Lindsay Lohan's house was released.

Police were tipped off about the identities of the gang. Police also believe that the gang stole $4 million in clothes, jewelry, art and cash in the Hollywood Hills area. Prugo faces up to six years in prison for each burglary.
