A list of Playboy party schools 2015 has released for its annual ranking and there appears to be some changes from last year. While Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, has been on the list four times, it finally cinched the top spot this year, according to the Huffington Post.

The schools of 2015 may not be a surprise to current students and alums, given the block parties, which take place during the college music festival #Fest and Halloween (aka “HallOUeen”) and throughout the spring semester. Some of the Playboy party events have ended with burning couches.

As previously reported by NewsOXY, the annual list has changed over the years. Revelers have also been known to hang out on a hilltop nicknamed “Bong Hill” and go bar-hopping in the Appalachian college town.

University of Iowa and its thriving Iowa City bar scene came in at No. 2, with Florida State and its penchant for crazy spring breaks at No. 3. Tulane University, University of Illinois, University of Texas, Syracuse, University of Wisconsin, University of Mississippi and University of Michigan rounded out the top 10.

Ohio University failed to make the Princeton Review list of top party schools in August. University of Illinois ranked No. 1, followed by University of Iowa, University of Wisconsin, Bucknell University and Syracuse University.

“Oh, ‘the Michigan difference.’ The haughty catchphrase works because it’s true: Wolverines study hard and party harder,” Playboy wrote. “At ‘the Pit,’ a shared backyard between frat houses and an epicenter for Saturday-morning tailgating, students get advanced degrees in Wolverine superiority, still going strong almost 20 years after its last football championship.

“House parties abound in Ann Arbor; if one gets shut down, students roll the kegs to the party down the street. Win or lose, Michiganders still booze.” It is still one of the only schools where you can keep the kegs cold during the winter time.

Playboy magazine editors had chosen the schools on this 2015 list based on “access to nightlife and musical events, and creativity when planning social gatherings,” and a reader’s poll. Last year, the University of Pennsylvania topped the party list.

Several of the educational institutions on Playboy‘s list also appear on Princeton Review’s list of the top party schools released last month, including Syracuse University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Iowa.
