Rihanna’s Apology On ‘777 Tour’ To Journalists, Fans

Rihanna makes an apology to journalists and fans who were with the singer during her 777 tour so that they could promote her new album, “Unapologetic.”

The media were less than happy with the face time they received from the recording artist during the seven-day, seven-country tour.

According to Us Weekly, the “We Found Love” singer kicked off her tour by pouring champagne for reporters and voicing her enthusiasm about the remaining six days – and was then nowhere to be found for much of the duration of the tour.

“I know you guys got barely any dirt,” she told the plane of journalists after her last performance, according to Us Weekly. “But I had to be good. I still sound [bad]. It’s impossible to spend time with everybody, and I’m sorry I didn’t. But this was excellent and I would definitely do it again.”

Entertainment magazine reported that the passengers on the plane were “sleep, food and sunlight deprived.”

“Rihanna decided to come out from hiding when descending into NY. Of course,” she Tweeted on November 20.

“Normally, I’d be back here popping bottles with y’all … I had to preserve my voice,” Rihanna continued, according to the magazine. “I was worried about my body more than partying on the plane, so I had to just sleep whenever I could. I hope you guys had as much fun as I did.”
