Sandra Bullock doesn’t mind being single, but there is one man in her life — her son Louis — and she’s fine with that. Bullock has been alone since her marriage to Jesse James imploded in 2010 amid his cheating scandal.
“If [a relationship] should come along, great. But I feel like I’m not missing anything yet,” she told Entertainment Weekly about being single. “Maybe one day I will. But my son is 3 years old, which is an amazing age. Four is an even better age. So if something happens, great, but if not, I’ve got plenty to do.”
“Life is a series of disastrous moments. In between those moments, that’s when you savor, savor, savor,” the 49-year-old actress told EW, reflecting on the past.
Lately she’s been savoring the box office success of her latest film, “Gravity,” which earned her Entertainment Weekly’s Entertainer of the Year, and her friendship with co-star George Clooney.
Earlier this month, Clooney joked that Bullock drunk dials him at night.
Bullock joked back to EW, “I’m so embarrassed for him because I think he’s showing his vulnerable side. It’s a booty call. But then he wants the commitment and the marriage and I’m like, ‘Dude, I don’t have the time.’ And he’s all, ‘But I’m not a one night stand kind of guy.'” she quipped.
There was a rumor that the two were seeing each other last summer, but that was quickly squashed when a tabloid took the joking comments too seriously.
