While there are reports that Charlie Sheen is drinking again, he is planning to sue a hotel over false allegations that he demolished one of their rooms, even though the bill shows no evidence of rager in his room.
In addition, born Carlos Irwin Estevez, 46, also wants to take a tabloid magazine to court over the false accusations.
An unnamed source close to the actor has stated that, “Sheen believes someone should pay for spreading such terrible lies about him, and he’s already rounding up his legal team to figure out his plan of attack.”
When he appeared on “TMZ Live” Wednesday, he stated, “He had been spending so much time promoting his new show ‘Anger Management,’ he had no time to rage with drugs, booze and hookers … even if he was so inclined.”
Sheen went on to talk about another story that was written by the same publication that he “flipped out” on his daughters and did not appear for the premiere of Denise Richards’ new movie, which he is stating are also made up.
Sheen feels that a defamation lawsuit just might do the trick to stop the “source” from spreading addition lies about him.
