Terrence Howard’s ex wants his Empire wages after he failed to pay her $500,000 that she says he owes in legal fees and spousal support. Howard says he’s only making a little over $5,000 per month, according to The Inquisitr.

Michelle Ghent, the actor’s second ex-wife, is demanding a cut of his Empire wages because now he’s making $125,000 per episode. The ex-wife wants it all because she feels entitled to it.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, they have an agreement in place in which Michelle gets 21% of anything Howard makes over $62,500 every yearly quarter.

Having filmed three episodes in 2015, this means Michelle should be receiving a check for almost $66k, and that’s for his work on Empire alone, according to the Daily Mail.

Howard has another show debuting on Fox later this year - Wayward Pines, opposite Matt Dillon - and will owe her the same proportion of any money he makes on that too.

The Hustle & Flow star was marred to Ghent for three years from 2010, although they filed for divorce after one year. He had claimed he couldn’t afford to pay her the half million he owes because his first wife Lori McCommas gets the majority of his money.

Terrance was married to Lori from 1989 to 2003 and again from 2005 to 2007, and they have three children together. Howard is now onto his fourth marriage and third wife - Miranda Pak - with whom he is expecting his fourth child.

The actor has a history of domestic violence allegations: He pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace in 2002 after he was arrested in 2001 on domestic violence charges for an attack on his first wife Lori, while Michelle was forced to take out two separate restraining orders against him.

According to an article Deadline, at a recent press conference Howard was questioned about this history, to which he replied he had “grown so much” since then, before comparing his situation to Jesus Christ’s.

“Jesus was nailed to the cross on allegations he was blasphemous … We slayed our messiah under false allegations. We’ve got to give people a chance to show who they are.”

Terrance added he was grateful that Fox did not take “any of that stuff into consideration” while casting Empire. “They looked at the talent and the power of right now,” Howard said.

Terrance Howard’s ex-wife wants more than his Empire.

Last month, the actor told police that Michelle Ghent is behind Instagram threats, including, “I’m watching you! I’m coming for … LOL. You two won’t live to see your children.”

Investigators believe that the “you two” means Howard and his new wife and restauranteur Mira Pak (also known as Miranda).

Another Instagram post warns Howard’s wife:

“Your husband is cheating on you! Just thought you should know.”

The message included a picture of Terrance Howard and another woman.

An additional post included the photo of a prescription pill bottle that belonged to Howard with a weird caption.

“Oh dear, look what I found. Do hope you refilled. It’s one of the things you can’t leave home without.”

The LAPD got a judge to sign the search warrant claiming Ghent is behind the postings because the Instagram accounts have only one follower — her.

Terrance claims that he has been receiving nasty social media messages for a year. Howard filed a police report because he believes Ghent is responsible.

Ghent said she did not send the messages and claims the LAPD has talked to her and she’s no longer a suspect. The LAPD said the investigation is still open, according to TMZ.

Terrance Howard’s ex-wife is now seeking his Empire earnings and the two have a history of battling on social media, notes Star Pulse. The feud between them escalated when Howard went on to marry his third wife in late 2013.
