Troy Aikman Divorce — Rhonda leaves? Troy Aikman has filed for divorce and has asked for privacy during a difficult time. The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback confirmed that his marriage is over.

Aikman’s wife has a daughter from a previous marriage, Rachel Worthey. Rhonda and the Hall of Famer have two daughters together, Jordan Ashley born August 24, 2001, and Alexa Marie born July 30, 2002. The family lived in Highland Park but property records show that Rhonda has bought a five bedroom property in Preston Hollow prior to the divorce.

The former NFL quarterback told the Dallas Morning News that he and Rhonda remain committed to their children. Aikman is set to be part of the team that broadcasts Super Bowl XLV from Cowboys Stadium on Feb. 6.

“This has been a difficult decision for Rhonda and me, but after 10 years of marriage we have decided to separate. We remain deeply committed to our children and respectfully ask that you honor our family’s privacy during this period of adjustment,” he said in a statement to The Dallas Morning News.
