Circles Under Eyes Makeup. Many women need to apply makeup to treat dark circles around and under their eyes. There are several remedies and secrets that include creams on the market to get rid of these dark spots.

First, wash and dry your face thoroughly. Use a light facial soap then pat your face dry. Second, choose an under eye makeup that has a yellow tone. It neutralizes the bluish color that dark circles tend to have. Third, massage a little under eye makeup under each eye. Gently rub it in, and make sure you apply it evenly.

Fourth, apply a concealer. Make sure that it is the same color as your skin tone. Otherwise, it will look funny and be very noticeable. It will also help to cover up the dark under eye circles. Fifth, put on the rest of your eye makeup. You should always apply your under eye makeup first.

For the final step, check your eyes in the mirror. Make sure that it appears even, and is not noticeable. If it is visible, you may need to rub it in better.
