Honda Fit will offer the lowest price for new plug-in hybrid cars to meet growing demands for lower carbon emission vehicles.

Production of the Honda Fit has been moved up by a year and a half to join the ranks of new hybrid cars coming to market. The plug in hybrid will offer a starting price of $15,800. The decision to release the automobile earlier than planned is to meet growing demand for lower carbon emission vehicles.

Honda seems to be moving in a direction to offer lower price than its competitors. For example, the 2010 Insight has the lowest price for new hybrid vehicles. The Fit has a lot of features for the price and one of its known designs is a universal 2nd row Magic Seat which lies flat revealing additional cargo space.

Fit has 57.3 cubit feet of cargo space with the seats folded down. You can configure your hybrid in three different modes to give friends, pets and cargo the space they need. While it appears small, the automobile is a subcompact car, but it does have comfort.

The Honda Hybrid does not have an official time of the launch or the Honda Civic which will follow. We do know that the estimated time frame is targeted for Fall 2010. The automaker is aiming to sell over 50,000 Fit hybrid cars annually.

For the most part, the Honda Fit has fast looks and slick style. From the rear roofline spoiler to its aero-zealous face and fog lights, and has 16-inch alloy wheels. The vehicle comes in three colors: Orange Revolution Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl and Blue Sensation Pearl.

The Honda automobile has easy-to-read gauges that illuminate ambient blue at night, 10 beverage holders, and an iPod compatible USB Audio Interface. The Fit also has the option to include the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with voice recognition for urban tracking. This plug-in hybrid caters to excitement.

The size of the car might fool you from the outside, but the inside provides a lot of comfort. The Fit Hybrid car uses every inch of space designed for cargo and room. The price could offer the MSRP for all hybrid vehicles.

Honda Hybrids are still one of the top selling cars this year. The Insight was ranked number one in Japan until last month when Toyota released its 2010 Prius. It will only be a matter of time before we know how well it will do in North America.
