Honda Insight Features New Hybrid Fuel Efficiency Booster

There are so many reviews and news about the Honda Insight that it's creating a lot of confusion for the common automobile buyer. When you read the reviews, make sure it's a trusted Web site and not one that's very opinionated or biased when it comes to Hybrid cars. For example, I read a very bad review on one Web site but the reasons behind it were questionable.

The reviewer mentioned things that were bad and it was more about preference than the technologies or its quality interior that go into these green cars. I later found out that the Web site had just launched, so to me, there wasn't much legitimacy involved in their review. I still don't understand how the Insight could get a bad review over minor things like brake lights when the hybrid can achieve a 43 MPG rating.

I love hybrid cars and I certainly have my opinions and preferences. However, that's not for me to express. Our job here is to provide hybrid news so that you, the reader, can digest as much information as possible before you decide what the best price is for the Insight.

Honda's idea behind the design of the Insight was to make hybrid technology accessible to a greater number of people. This is one of the future Honda cars that is replacing conventional gas vehicles with a new automobile that's great on fuel efficiency and for the environment. We are now witnessing a new era for the auto industry.

One of the things that makes the Honda Insight Hybrid more enticing, is the base MSRP of $19,800. With so much advanced technology that has done into this vehicle, it is very surprising that the price is so low. The Honda hybrid is the most affordable fuel efficient vehicle on the market.

There are also features that come with the hybrid which can help you save additional fuel. The Honda Insight features a new system that helps boost your efficiency and will monitor your driving habits to maximize your MPG based on your driving conditions. It's called Eco Assist and it includes a green ECON button that the driver can press and retrieve certain functions to maximize efficiency.

So if you're thinking about buying the Honda Insight, don't make your decision based on a review posted at some Web site. Read news articles about the automobile including price, mileage, and the space you need. Make sure you purchase your hybrid before October 2009 to be qualified for the maximum government tax credit.
