Most successful people over 80. It seems that most people who reach the successful age of 80 are either sitting at home watching television or taking it easy on the golf course, but that’s too boring for some.
Here’s a list of some of those amazing people who didn’t give up their day job because of their age.
Buzz Aldrin – 81 years old – He’s the second man to walk on the moon and is a West Point graduate. Aldrin had a successful career in the U.S. Air Force before joining NASA and the Apollo 11 moon mission. Buzz jumped back into the spotlight in 2010 on “Dancing With the Stars” and is undergoing a legal battle with his wife.
Bob Barker – 87 years old – He got his start hosting game show “Truth or Consequences” in 1956. He moved on to several more game shows before becoming the host of “The Price is Right.” He might be over 80, but he’s still busy as usual and rarely stays home.
Warren Buffett – 81 years old – When it comes to money, Buffett is probably the most successful. As CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, he is the third richest person in the world. He’s known as one of the most successful investors as well as a dedicated philanthropist, as he plans to give away a huge portion of his wealth to charity.
In fact, age 80 just might be the new 50, because more and more successful people are still moving strong and making the most out of it by going to work each day and enjoying their lives, even though they are considered to be “elder” or “senior citizens.”
