A couple in Arkansas is suing a local McDonalds after photos from their mobile phone showed up on the Internet. The cell phone contained unclothed photos of a man's wife. The man allegedly left his phone at the restaurant where employees promised to keep it safe until he could pick it up.

Phillip and Tina Sherman filed a lawsuit on Friday against the local McDonalds. They are asking for $3 million.

As it turns out, it wasn't just the bare skin photos that were posted online from the mobile phone. Somehow their address and home telephone number were also posted. The couple said they had to move to a new house after stalkers showed up at their former address.

The couple said they also received several offensive phone calls after the photos were posted online.

McDonalds's doesn't know how the photos made their way onto the Internet.
