A desperate millionaire’s billboard plea to have a girlfriend for Christmas in San Diego has been removed as an advertisement after being vandalized.

Marc Paskin, a 62-year-old La Jolla real estate mogul, decided to rent the billboard in the San Diego area asking for a girlfriend of Latino descent and posted his e-mail address on it for anyone wanting to respond to the offer.

On the billboard over a freeway in a mainly Latino neighborhood called Barrio Logan, Paskin says, “All I want for Christmas is a Latina Girlfriend.”

According to a local San Diego news station, KNSD-TV, on Friday, a day after the billboard had gone up, it was vandalized. Someone had ripped the e-mail address off of it, the station reported. People who work in the area of the ad believe that kids in the neighborhood are to blame for the vandalism, but were not sure.

Now a almost a week later the entire billboard has been removed. There was no indication if the board was removed at the request of Paskin or not, and if he had found the girlfriend he had been seeking.

Previously, Paskin had appeared on ABC’s reality show, “Secret Millionaire,” in which millionaires hiding their identity give their own money to people that treated them with acts of kindness.
