Country singer-songwriter Kenny Rogers recently sold his 5,681 square-foot Northeast Georgia estate, which was supposed to be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

The interior of the estate includes relaxing warm colors with custom paint, and the walls were topped with substantial crown molding. Of course, the kitchen included top-of-the-line appliances with a glass back splash, custom-glazed cabinets, granite countertops.

Rogers estate design is marble and oak inlaid floors, exquisite cabinets with millwork and custom iron. The living room consists of a 18-foot tray ceilings, a huge limestone fireplace, and cove lighting. There is also an attached guest house equipped with its own exercise studio.

The absolute auction was going to have no reserve or minimum and was selling completely furnished plus a SeaDoo and pontoon boat to sweeten the deal.

According to The Athens Banner-Herald on Tuesday afternoon, the scheduled auction was suddenly called off, which was unfortunate for the potential buyers.
