College Football Live – Thanksgiving weekend means rivalries and games with national championship implications.
Iron Bowl has both those ingredients with No. 2 Alabama traveling to Auburn needing a win to keep its title hopes alive. The Tide also will be looking to get revenge after blowing a 24-point lead at home to the Tigers.
Also in the afternoon, No. 12 Wisconsin hosts No. 19 Penn State with a berth in the Big Ten championship game on the line. And No. 4 Virginia Tech will meet No. 25 Virginia to decide the ACC Coastal Division title.

3:32 p.m.: Braxton Miller’s fourth-down pass is intercepted and Michigan will end its eight year drought against Ohio State after securing a 40-34 victory. Wolverines could also be in line for a BCS berth after improving to 10-2 in Brady Hoke’s first year.
3:26 p.m.: An official’s replay overturned an apparent touchdown run by Fitzgerald Toussaint, Michigan commits a holding penalty and personal foul to push the Wolverines back to the 26. After an incomplete pass, David Gibbons hits a 43-yard field goal. Ohio State unthinkable is only down 40-34 with 1:59 left. One timeout remaining for the Buckeyes.
3:18 p.m.: Ohio State uses its second of three timeouts in the second half with Michigan on its 4. Just under 3 minutes left in Ann Arbor with the Wolverines ahead 37-34. Buckeyes need a stop badly.
3:15 p.m.: After two losses to start the season, Georgia has now won 10 consecutive games after going on the road to beat rival Georgia Tech 31-17 with the help of four touchdown passes by Aaron Murray. LSU is up next for the Bulldogs.
3:10 p.m.: Michigan State finishes off Northwestern 31-17 and will head into the Big Ten title game next week at 10-2. The opponent won’t be know until about four hours when Wisconsin and Penn State conclude their game.
3:05 p.m.: It didn’t take long for Ohio State to strike back. A couple big pass plays by Braxton Miller sets up a 4-yard touchdown run by Daniel Herron. Buckeyes cut Michigan’s advantage to 37-34 with just more than seven minutes left.
3:02 p.m.: Georgia Tech has closed within 31-17 of Georgia on Orwin Smith’s 16-yard touchdown run. But just half of the fourth quarter is remaining for the Yellow Jackets to rally.
2:58 p.m.: One play after Denard Robinson scrambled out of sack, the Michigan quarterback hits Kevin Koger wide open in the end zone after a play fake. The 4-yard score puts the Wolverines ahead of the Ohio State 37-27 with 8:32 left. Crowd is smelling its first win against the Buckeyes in eight years.
2:55 p.m.: Timeout on the field with 9:23 left in Ann Arbor. Michigan will take the next snap from the Ohio State 10 with a 30-27 edge. Buckeyes need to keep the Wolverines out of the end zone here.
2:50 p.m.: No. 8 Boise State appears to be sleepwalking against Wyoming. The Cowboys returned a Kellen Moore interception for a score and held the Broncos without points. It’s 7-0 early in the second quarter.
2:44 p.m.: Michigan’s defense gets a big stop on third-and-goal from the 2 by stopping Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller for a loss. Drew Basil comes on to kick a field to trim the Wolverines’ advantage to 30-27 early in the fourth quarter.
2:40 p.m.: A fumbled snap on a punt has given Ohio State a golden scoring opportunity. Buckeyes start the fourth quarter on the Michigan 5 trailing 30-24.
2:35 p.m.: It’s early in the fourth quarter in Evanston. Northwestern has the ball down 24-17 against Michigan State. The Spartans already are locked into the Big Ten title game, while the Wildcats would like a win to solidify their bowl destination.
2:30 p.m.: Oklahoma has looked sluggish all day against Iowa State in the week following its loss to Baylor. Sooners lead 23-6 late in a scoreless third quarter. The Cyclones rallied from 17 down after halftime against Oklahoma State, but this game is in Norman.
2:25 p.m.: Georgia doesn’t appear to be looking ahead to next week’s matchup with LSU in the SEC title game. Aaron Murray finds Aron White for a score, the fourth touchdown pass of the game for Murray, and the Bulldogs are cruising 31-10 at Georgia Tech in the third quarter.
2:20 p.m.: Michigan has struck first in the second half with Denard Robinson hitting Martavious Odom for a 20-yard touchdown on its first possession. Wolverines go ahead of Ohio State 30-24.
