The former Beatle is outraged over Heather Mills comments of suicide.

Paul McCartney is filing for full custody of his daughter with former wife Heather Mills. McCartney said he is worried that his four year-old might be in danger after Mills mentioned she had death threats and was suicidal.

The couple split in May 2006 after a four year marriage. Sources to the music legend say that he is worried that his former wife needs psychiatric help after, she went on world television and made comments of suicide and said there were several death threats made against according to local police.

McCartney called his lawyer on Friday, November 2, to file a full custody motion after much worry that his child may have psychological damage by their public divorce. It is alleged that the pair also met on the same day and exchanged a heated argument.

Heather Mills, 39, is accused of playing dirty tactics during the public divorce and McCartney is saddened that the former model had to make verbal threats to the international media about their failed marriage.

Mills said that her share of the divorce settlement would go to charity, but she threatened McCartney to hand over his beloved $12 million Peasmarsh estate as part of the divorce settlement.
