Eman Moss and Tiffany Moss are charged with the murder of his daughter Emani after police officers made the horrific discovery in the alleyway. Eman Moss tried to hide their daughter’s body in an alleyway of their apartment.
The badly burned corpse was found in a rubbish bin and identified as their 10-year-old daughter.
The couple, Atlanta, Georgia, had called police claiming that he was about to commit suicide and that he had a dead body with him. When emergency services arrived they found him standing outside his apartment in an alleyway. He pointed to a rubbish bin where the badly-burnt body of his daughter Emani was found.
He had earlier told the 911 call handler that the girl had drank “some type of chemical”, it was reported.
The husband and wife each had previous child cruelty arrests. Eman was charged in 2004 with two counts of child cruelty as well as battery. Tiffany was arrested in 2010 on a cruelty to children charge.
Gwinnett County police arrested the father and stepmother, Tiffany Moss, on charges of murder, concealing a body and cruelty to children. They were held without bail.
