Ex-Teacher Guilty Nude Photo – Melinda Dennehy

Ex-teacher guilty of sending nude photos to a student. Melinda Dennehy, an ex-teacher from New Hampshire High School, pleaded guilty to the charge of e-mailing nude photographs. The ex-teacher sent the nude photo to a 15-year-old student.

Monday, the 41-year-old entered the plea to a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure. As part of her plea agreement, Dennehy was given a suspended jail sentence on the condition that she remains on good behavior and has no contact with the child or goes to the high school in which he attends. She was also a teacher for this high school.

While in court, Dennehy apologized for her actions and poor judgment. She stated to the court that she is continuing counseling and hopes to lead a productive life. In March Dennehy was arrested after the photos were found circulating around the high school.

After the arrest, she resigned three weeks later. According to Dennehy’s statements to police, she sent four photos to the minor student. It is believed that she has two sons of her own. It would be interesting to see how she would react if a 41-year-old woman sent her children nude pictures.
