FBI Vault MemoThe FBI Vault memo appears to be authentic on aliens and UFOs at Roswell. Known as the Vault, the FBI has released the memo. None of the information has been made public until now.

The memo was written to FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover by then Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau’s Washington office Guy Hottel. The memo relates a claim by an Air Force informant that three “flying saucers” were recovered near Roswell in 1947, including the bodies of alien pilots.

Another memo suggests that one “flying disk” has been recovered, having been attached to something that looked like a weather balloon.

It is virtually certain that the memos are going to pour gasoline on the fire of conspiracy theorists who believe the Air Force acquired crashed alien space ships near Roswell, then covered up the fact. Many will conclude the memo is a “smoking gun” that will bust the alleged decades long conspiracy wide open.

The identities of the Air Force informant and the investigating FBI agent have been redacted. Nor does there seem to be any other evidence, aside from hearsay, that the Roswell incident was in fact real.

The so-called Roswell incident has been the subject of innumerable movies, TV shows and books. The larger idea of a secret government conspiracy that has covered up the fact that aliens have visited the Earth in living memory has become part of popular culture. The “fact” of the conspiracy has been accepted by millions as much as real, verifiable historical facts, such as World War II, the Reagan presidency and the fall of the Berlin Wall.
