Miramonte Elementary School – Lawyers for victims at Miramonte Elementary School are implicating more teachers.

Lawyers for the innocent victims at Miramonte Elementary School have implicated a third teacher. The deeply disturbed school has already had two employees arrested one for evidently feeding his students semen and another for fondling his second-graders.

Two of the girl victims were apparently abused by teacher Mark Berndt, they are claiming that their female teacher would repeatedly pull them out of her class and escort them to their abuser’s door for his perverse games.

Last week, Berndt, 61, was arrested and charged with restraining and blindfolding students and subjecting them to lascivious acts for his sexual gratification. According to authorities these acts took place between 2005 and 2010.

“I believe she aided and abetted him in carrying out abusive acts. I believe she worked in concert with Mr. Berndt,” Claypool said of the third, unnamed teacher. “They had adjoining classrooms, and he’d come in every other day in the middle of the day, and he’d go up to her and whisper in her ear. She’d start giggling and then pick out two pretty girls and walk them over to the door.”

Sometimes Berndt would even substitute for the female teacher. According to the young girl victims, “He would tell them, ‘Your teacher will be out again tomorrow, so I’m having a party for you,’” Claypool, who represents five victims in the overall case, said. “He would make food and bring in for kids and say, ‘Don’t tell your parents.’ He made homemade cookies with semen as the cream and fed it to the kids.”
