People’s Court Mom - The People’s Court taped Michelle Parker, a 33-year-old mom, on the show before she vanished after her appearance. She was last heard from Thursday afternoon when a text message showed she was in the Waterford Lakes area, a suburb in Orlando, Florida.
Parker stood before the TV judge after being sued for $5,000 by her ex-boyfriend, Dale Smith, for allegedly throwing away an engagement ring after a heated argument.

The two had an often tumultuous relationship, according to friends. But her family said they don’t believe Smith, who is the father of Parker’s three-year-old twins, is responsible and are worried that she is the victim of a car-jacking, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

“He gets pretty malicious and vindictive, he’s a mean person, especially when he’s drinking,” Parker said on “The Peoples Court” segment.

Orlando police recovered Parker’s car, a black Humvee, on the West Side of the city.

“I know for a fact she’s not dead,” Parker’s mother, Yvonne Stewart, told reporters as several dozen volunteers combed the area near the area of South Orlando where the woman’s phone was powered off Thursday night.

Parker’s twin boy and girl and 11-year-old son are currently being taken care of by their respective fathers, the Sentinel reported.

“She’s an amazing person and we just want to see her home,” Parker’s sister Lauren told WKMG TV.

The People’s Court TV segment is scheduled to air in January.
