Andi Dorfman, The Bachelorette star, quits her job without notice after taking a leave of absence form her employment at the District Attorney’s office in Georgia. Dorfman is a reality show contestant on ABC’s The Bachelorette.

According to US Magazine, the reality star has no plans to return to work. She also “gave no indication on what she plans to pursue after her season of the smash reality series finishes airing,” the magazine said. The Wake Forest Law School grad joined the Fulton County office as an assistant DA back in November 2012.

Dorfman’s leave was supposed to end May 31, but the Bachelorette star decided to quit and not return to her position. She did not indicate to the DA’s office what her future plans may be.

During Juan Pablo’s season of The Bachelor, Dorfman made it to the eighth episode before pulling herself from the competition. During the course of the show, she went on four consecutive group dates. On the third of those group dates, she received a rose.

During the eighth episode, the Bachelorette takes Pablo to her hometown in Atlanta to meet her father and this does not go well. Her father says that he will not give his blessing to a man who is dating two other women and might propose to his daughter. Following Hometowns are the overnight dates.

After spending the night with Pablo in the Fantasy Suite. They wake up, Pablo feeling very good about the night. The Bachelorette star, however, felt that the night was a disaster.

Soon after, the Dorfman removed herself from the show and before quit her job, she joined ABC as The Bachelorette for season 10.
