Actress Brigitte Bardot is against a biopic, warns Kyle Newman that “Sparks Will Fly”
Brigitte Bardot biopic is not a good idea for Kyle Newman, director. The model warns that ‘sparks will fly’ if anyone tries to make a film about her life. The planned cast includes Jaime King as Bardot.
Bardot, 75, stated, “I am not OK with a film about me when I have not been told about it and when I have not given my agreement to the person playing the role.” She has led a full life as a French actress, animal rights activist, fashion model, and singer. In her early life Bardot was an aspiring ballet dancer.
The actress started her career in 1952 and after appearing in 16 films became world-famous due to her role in the controversial film And God Created Woman. During her career in show business Bardot starred in 48 films, performed in numerous musical shows, and recorded 80 songs. After her retirement from the entertainment industry in 1973, Bardot established herself as an animal rights activist. Brigitte retired from acting in 1973 just before her 40th birthday.
Bardot has been married four times. She has one child, a son named Nicolas-Jacques Charrier. She is currently married to Bernard d’Ormale and they have been married since 1992.
